Hope y'all had a Happy Valentine's Day!
Scott and I had our first bus accident on Valentine's Day during our Mid-Day. We were heading back to transportation when a man in a pick up truck hit the back end of our bus. He pulled out of the right hand lane to get out of trafiic, right into our lane and hit us. No kids on the bus and no one was hurt. Praise the Lord! We pray every morning for safety.
Well, ladies hope you are doing good on your scripture memory. Let's try to invite others to join us. Ask ladies at your church if they want to join the Daughters of the King.
Please pass on prayer requests: Patti Bailey - kidney & pancreas transplant in 2008 - is in hospital right now getting antirejection meds.
"When Jesus heard that, he said,
This sickness is not unto death,
but for the glory of God,
that the Son of God might be glorified thereby." John 11:4 KJV
This is the verse the Lord gave me this time during my battle with cancer. I am giving my Lord the glory and trying to be a blessing to others that are sick.
Remember if you didn't start in January that is OK, just jump right in and start today.

  1. "Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."
    Joshua 1:8 NIV

  2. Don't worry about anything; intead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
    Philippians 4:6 NLT

  3. My new verse is:
"And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he sall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming."
    I John 2:28 KJV
